C D RawlinsBed is good quality, well made but can understand a previous reviewer who said she had to cut the poles to size! My initial thought was that they were about an inch too long but they will fit together, you just need strength as the material needs to be pulled very tight - which is obvious but not easy when you're on your own and you're trying to pull the material while guiding the pole in to the leg!

Gregthe large is just the right size for my 60lb border collie and i really think he loves it he may not start his sleep on it every night but he has been on it every morning when i wake up ...... metal frame is strong.... i tripped over my dog and stepped on it and it was fine im pushing 200lb well over its weight rating. after it was shipped it arrived in no time at all

We use it on our porch outside, it works well in the rain ( it doesn’t absorb the water ) and it also works well on hot days by being lifted because it gives constant airflow underneath. I ordered the X Large size and it was a perfect fit for my Bernese Mountain Dog. My dog absolutely loves it.
