Shipping Fee & Time
Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.
Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after placing the order. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.
If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products have different sizes and conditions, they may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.
Once your order is shipped and get a tracking number, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from Veehoo. Please check your email address that you used to place order. If you haven't found the email, please check your spam box and add Veehoo to your contact list.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You can check our Return & Refund Policy to return the product(s) you ordered.
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. P.O Box is not supported.
Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
