Order Cancellation

Veehoo is dedicated to providing the best products for all clients. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us via [email protected].

We accept your order cancellation request before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.



Return & Refund

Just write to us at [email protected] to apply for a refund during the 30 days after delivery. You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:


1、Product flaws or malfunctions

If you receive an item that doesn’t match the description in the original description, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery by presenting valid photo proofs. Please kindly note that there will be a slight color difference due to different monitors and we do not accept item returns for this.

 

2、Wrong items were sent

If you receive the item you didn’t order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery by presenting valid photo proofs. We will assist you to exchange the products.

 

3、Missing Items

If you find a part is missing in the packaging, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, with presenting valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.

 

4、Accidentally bought the wrong color or size

If you bought the wrong color or size, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery by presenting valid photo proofs. We will check and provide a replacement of the item you did not receive or issue a refund.

If the refund is due to our mistakes such as Wrong items being sent, Product flaws, and malfunctions, you do not need to afford any costs. We will notify you of the decision of your refund request via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.

 
 
RETURN TIMEFRAME

1、Contact us for a return within 14 days of delivery.

2、Send the item back within 48 hours after receipt of the return confirmation to your registered email.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

1、Log into your account.

2、Submit a return request with noting return reasons and providing photo proofs. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

3、You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) after we confirm your return request.

4、Send the item back with the RMA attached.

5、Return with a trackable delivery service and send us the tracking number and site.

 

 

SHIPPING FEES

1、We cover the shipping & reshipping fees for Damaged/ Missing /Incorrect /Not as Described Items due to our error.

2、If you have placed a wrong order and want to request an exchange, the original shipping fee will not be returned and the return shipping fee will be at your cost.

3、You may have to prepay the return shipping fee. If reshipping fees are proven to be at our cost after you confirm with our customer service via email, we will refund the return shipping fee when we receive the returned items (if you don’t request a replacement).

 

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

1、When we receive your return, we will check the item and provide a refund as requested. We may issue a partial or full refund depending on the condition of the merchandise.

2、Usually, when we receive your return, we will check the item and provide an exchange as requested. Please contact us via customer service email if you need faster exchange processing.

 

 
REFUND TIMEFRAME

1、Refund will be processed as requested after we receive your return and check it’s in compliance with our Return Policy.

2、Refund will be issued to the same account used initially to make the purchase. If you pay in Wire Transfer or Western Union Payment, we will use PayPal instead to issue the refund.

3、We usually process your refund within 24 business hours after receiving the product, you will receive your refund within 48 business days, if you do not receive the refund within the specified time contact us or contact your bank to issue a refund. Card party and payment company.
