Veehoo Elevated Dog Bed with No-Slip Rubber Feet

I was very impressed with this product. People complained that the couldn't put it together, it was difficult etc. My husband had this put together in 10 minutes without looking at the instructions. It's very well constructed and seems very durable. I can't elaborate on the chewing issue because my german shepherds have never chewed anything other than their bones so... Our german shepherd is 144lbs. and it didnt budge with his weight. My husband even laid on it and he's 220lbs. I wouldn't recommend that but it's nice to know we now have an extra guest bed in case hubby gets in trouble. (Lol) We put my baby's bed topper on it and he crawled right on in. He loves it. It makes it easier for him to get up into a standing position now with painful his arthritis, which is the reason for this purchase. I guess I should have gotten two, the cat likes it as well.

Very easy to assemble.

I am not the most proficient at assembly. It was difficult to get the corners in place, but a little persistence on my part paid off. Both of my dogs fit the XL well. They have no personal space already, so if a dog needed ample room/space, they may need their own. An XL would be perfect for a single Giant Breed at 100+ lbs. My dogs are 100 lbs(G. Dane) & 65 lbs(G Pyr X). I’m concerned about the velcro panel holding over time, but we’ll see! Would purchase again at this price for an easy to clean, outdoor bed option for the pups.

My dog gets so hot during the later hours of the day that she starts breathing like a pedophile. I noticed that she was leaving really warm patches on the floor where she had been laying and thought an elevated bed might help.She loves it, it’s her favorite spot now. Especially since I added a cooling gel mat to it too. I’m thinking that this will be the most popular bed in the house once my other dog gets over the weird feeling.

Our dog was scared to use it at first, but after a half a day of positive reinforcement with treats, he loves. It is very sturdy. Our dog is 51lbs snd we got the large. It was a little annoying to put together because my hands are weak, but I have a little patience and perseverance got it done. It’s very easy to vacuum off real quick and the pup loves it.
