Stacey AcevedoEasily chewableI loved the bed but my dog easily chewed it the first night. I called and messaged the company to see if I can just get the replacement of the bed mat ONLY and they didn’t answer. I called and they told me there’s no replacement. I’m upset at the fact that with this package I received a card for 1 year warranty and they can’t even answer my messages .**Update***They emailed me back and where able to send me a new bed. Really appreciate it and great customer service. Thank you so much. Definitely will continue shopping from them.

EricaNicePutting these together was an absolute nightmare unless you’re apparently a lot stronger than I am (and I was using a hammer.) The only way I could get the bars to fit into the elbows was to take the feet out and place them in a different hole (so the longer ends are used for the frame.) The feet do tend to fall out now since they are in the wrong spaces but I have no doubt some superglue will fix that problem. They are sturdy enough for my 75+lb dogs and the large fits them very comfortably. I needed something waterproof and easy to clean to leave on my back porch and these work great.
