Carrie WaltersScratched up and flimsyThis is the second one I purchased from this company. Both were scratched up directly from the box. There was no way I was packing it all back up to return so I decided to use it outside. The other day I grabbed the side bar to dump leaves off and the whole thing started coming undone. I would return this one but I like the brands to match and don’t want to waste money buying another one for my big dog. Disappointed in both purchases.
