Very well made, pretty chew proof

I would recommend this bed for dogs who are not as persistent as my puppy. Not even 2 weeks and my puppy already tore a hole in the fabric and had chewed off the plastic from the legs of the bed. The metal held up fine albeit a few scratches from my puppy's teeth. I was hoping this bed would work after looking everywhere but I guess I just have to find a full metal bed for my puppy since this was my last resort.

It was a little difficult to assemble alone, the 2nd was a bit easier. The instructions left a lot to be desired. I have a beagle that chews up everything and so far this has proven to be indestructible. It’s extremely sturdy. The 2nd one is for a lab and fits him fine.

She seems to like the bed, lays in it...so its comfortable and big enough for her. I bought an XL. She chewed through a similar bed before but she has had this one for weeks and has not torn it up.

I liked that it was already partially assembled, and that what was left for me to assemble were a few pieces. My dog is big and heavy, so the thickness of the bedding is great, and she's very comfortable on it .. a GREAT choice!!

We have a Husky and a Mountain Cur, both are extreme chewers and have destroyed every bed we've tried for them. They love to lay out in the sun and I was looking for a soft comfortable bed that would stand up to both the chewing and a SD winter. We've had the bed for over three months both dogs love it. They seem to take turns on it but occasionally I have caught them sharing the bed. There is no sign of wear on the fabric, despite them "digging" for a bed.I only wish we could fine a blanket that would hold up to them, they both love blankets and carry them around like toddlers with a luvy.

We are VERY interested in a chew-proof bed, and this delivers. Our rescue will occasionally have an episode, and will sneak off, poke holes in her fluffy bedding and end end up in temporary gastric distress, and when said bedding is removed (because she persists, often after hours of walking with her), she will protest, often during the wee hours of the night. This bed does what it says on the tin - it has no avenue for chewing. Our dog loves it. It keeps her off the floor, and has an easy-to-clean surface. My middle schooler assembled it, and suggested laying out the parts, assembling with finger-tightening, then tightening once the whole is in place. They do provide the allen wrench and two extra bolts. The bed surface is a little smooth, and the large size is a great fit for our full-size hound of ~60 pounds. We measured the crate and thought this bed would fit. We took the legs off and it's just barely too big, so it's in use around the house. When it's not, we tip it up to take up less space. A good bed, now in unplanned-for locations.

This is a great bed if you have a dog that likes to eat his bed. It might look like a prison cot, but it's nice because it keeps them off the floor, and warmer that way. So far our little Jaws hasn't tried to eat it. The large size is nice, two medium-sized dogs can curl up together on it. I like the colors available- blue is very nice, and we'll probably get another one in the grey/silver color.5 stars!

Very easy to install, easy for one person although the directions were cute because it did suggest a friend with muscles to help. Very heavy duty, yet breathable fabric. Definitely not cheaply made. Its a little off-smelling (purely because it's a brand new item), I worried it would offend the pupper I got it for but thankfully It did not, she was concerned but within 3 minutes she is sprawled out and quite happy to stay on the bed.Really looking forward to using this for my dog that believes she lives in a sauna when the house is at 70 degrees! I'm sure she'll love it even more this summer!Overall I am very pleased with it and would happily recommend it to anyone!
