RickyWonderful customer service! (Updated!)At first we were so happy with this bed! Our dog is a chewing addict. We have gone through so many cheap beds and decided to finally spend $70 and get this chew proof bed. It was mildly difficult to assemble alone and no matter how dirty our dog was, the entire bed was super easy to clean. But... The chew proof bed didn't even live for 2 months. It got chewed into shreds. Now all that's left is the metal frame. If you have a super chewer, just trust me and go ahead and pay for the more durable expensive one. $70 wasted and super disappointed. :(***UPDATE: updated review from 1 star to 4 because Veehoo contacted me after this review was posted and offered to send a replacement bed for free which I just received today. Very happy with the customer service and I surely do appreciate this bed as my dog was sleeping in the crate with nothing to lay on. Thanks again, Veehoo.
