Veehoo Chew-Proof Dog Bed - Silver Aluminum Frame

This is a good product. I have a french bulldog who loves laying in the sunshine but gets too hot so with this bed she can lay in the sun a little longer with the airflow under where she lays. I ordered this in size Medium which is perfect size for my average sized 12kg french bulldog to lay comfortably.The assembly was fairly easy, there are limited instructions but with common sense you don’t really need them. All the fixings are provided, including spares and a small allen key is provided too. Took less than 10 minutes to assemble and the end result is strong and sturdy. The aluminium frame is lightweight but tough and I especially like the rubber stand legs which subtly feature dog paws.£72.99 (at the time of writing this review) for me is a little expensive, I would be more comfortable if this was priced around the £45-50 mark, but it is a good quality, sturdy product and the dog seems to enjoy it. I am pleased with this dog bed.

So happy that my dog likes this bed, I was worried about him with the hot weather that has been forecast, I got him a cool mat, but he didn’t go near it. The bed was easy to put together, the nylock nuts are already in place, all you have to do is fit a rod either side then then side bars, then add the corners which is easy, just two bolts to pop in each corner using the included allen key to tighten. It is strong, and I have no concerns at all about its sturdiness. It has an aluminium frame unlike cheap ones that use plastic, and the covering is really good with no places where he could start chewing. I moved the bed he had been using into the cupboard while he was in the garden and put the new bed in its place. He came in from the garden, gave it a quick sniff and up he got. The rubber feet keep it from moving as he gets on it. He finds it comfortable and uses it more than he did his padded one. Blue has double hip dysplasia and gets stiff if he lays on the floor, he is absolutely fine laying on his new bed. Comfortable, strong, looks good and keeps him cool, fantastic. He was in a cheeky mood when I took the photos, as you can see by his gorgeous smile.

Mostly easy to assemble, the very last leg needs another person….or two.

We absolutely love this elevated bed!! Our pomsky is 16lbs and we ordered the medium which is perfect for him to lie in while still having space to accommodate all the toys he brings with him. It was extremely easy to assemble. Make sure you do not tighten the screws first, just put it together then when it's complete go back and tighten everything. It is light and durable and material seems like great quality. Our pomsky hasn't chewed on it since the entire frame protects the material from all sides, definitely chew-proof. He's jumped on it and even with his nails, he hasn't ruined the material. Extremely happy with the purchase!

This dog summer bed came in parts that you need to assemble. It was very simple to put together and I did it by myself. In the instructions it advises you assemble with a friend as you need to pull the frame into position on the very last corner, I had no problems doing it solo. The bed itself is very light weight but surprisingly stable. Our big dog had no problem getting on and was comfortable and happy lying on it in the shade. Definitely thumbs up from me and paws up from the dog.

This is a great dog bed to keep outside or for a quiet corner in the house. Our Pugzu puppy, Harry, gets quite hot at the moment, so this is a nice way for him to cool down. He's tried it out in the garden and seems quite content sat on it.This also makes a good step for Harry to use to climb up onto the sofa or, indeed, to get onto the swing seat in our garden.The price is quite high for what this actually us, however it is made well and can certainly tolerate the British weather if left outside. For us, we'll keep it under the gazebo.Definitely recommended. The small size is perfect for toy sized dogs.

I got impressed by the quality of the materials as fabric is very resistant and the body of the structure also really stronge. I'm not gonna lie, it took me a good 10 min to assemble it because tension is high in the end and you have to play a bit with the loosen screws until able to put everything together.I love the tiny details of the paw shape legs and you can easily exchange them.My cats loves it and I highly recommend it.

My baby boy loves this. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a new bed for your baby fur.1. The quality is good, durable and sturdy.2. Very easy to assemble and the instructions is very easy to understand3. This is easy to clean.4. This is expensive BUT for me the quality justifies the price.

This sturdy self assembly dog bed certainly does the job: It's extremely well made from aluminium and stainproof washable fabric, and can be cleaned with a cloth or hosed down. As it's low to the ground, elderly doggies will find it easy to get in and out of, and if you have a raised bed, you can store it under there when it's not in use. There's even a witty little touch with the paw shaped feet. I just can't fathom, however, how the manufacturers have managed to work out an asking price of over 70 pounds for a basic, self-assembly dog cot. Am I missing something?

I love this bed so much - it is quite solid - my dog's weight is around 9-10kg and the bed seems strong and comfortable. I had a bit of a struggle assembling it, as 2 of the sides needs to be attached/slide through in order to make it stable. it is not very high - for my dog, it is just perfect, he is an older dog and has had a difficult time jumping on the bed in the last year (he loves sleeping in the bed, on the pillow). Now, I just got to make a small pillow for him and we are all set. Good price for the quality and sturdiness of this bed.
