JomamaGood size, softOrdered for an underweight German shepherd she's one of the super huge imperial shepherds but sadly has severe epi and so she's chronically skin and bones. This bed is not only big enough for her, it's big enough for her beefy sister to lay on at the same time. The material is soft and fuzzy, the fill is loose and provides cushion but does need to be fluffed every now and then to be redistributed. This dog bed is being used on a hard wood floor so we added a non slip rug mat to keep it from moving when our fragile girl gets up. Will probably replace the fill with a solid cushion in the future but for now this is a win.

mmsNoraYour Dog Will Love You (even more!)Great dog bed/pad. Period. Plush, soft, thick! I got it out and before it even fluffed up from the box my dog was on it even though his favorite, thicker bigger bed was right next to it. I actually got this to put under his bed because our old house gets pretty cold in the winter and he loves his bed near the coldest place (sliding deck door) and it's great for that but it's also a perfect fit in my foster's crate. GBEsimple bed. soft and comfyThis is a nice, simple bed. The material is really soft. Underside is a nylon non-slip material. This makes a great "extra bed". I wouldn't use it as a primary bed because it's not very thick. I have a couple more pricey, thick, memory foam beds with raised sides, etc. But for the price, this one looks great and is super soft and cozy. Our dog AND cats both like napping on it. Perfect as an inexpensive, second bed.

The "ultra soft rose velvet" description is accurate! Our little guy actually wants to go into the crate to snuggle down on this bed and he stays warm and toasty. I appreciate that it is machine washable - a must for dog beds. I'm so glad we ordered this item. I recommend!
