CarmenThe best doggie bed :)Must say this is the best doggie bed I've ever purchased! It was easy to assemble, super easy to keep clean, very sturdy, and my dogs loves it! I added a baby mini crib matress and fitted sheet to provide my paw babies that extra comfort. It also allows me to maintain it clean and smelling great at all times. Totally recommend for all pet parents. It's paw-ferct :)

AriCuteIt’s nice and durable. Good for indoor or outdoor use. It was difficult to put together in some areas. So for the framing I used some oil to help the parts slide into one another easier. And it does require some strength/force, when attaching the legs and poles as well. But that’s is expected when putting together a cot.

KylieHard to assembleOk… this thing was a MASSIVE pain in the butt to put together. Things like barely fit at all. I have put together so much furniture by myself but this thing… this thing reminded me why I should reconsider my singleness. It was quite rude. Had to enlist my neighbor to help and even with the two of us it was hard. It also came already scratched, so I’m imagining another single lady such as myself getting frustrated and returning it all scratched up. That being said, it’s together now and I’ll be damned if I’m taking it apart every again so here we are. My dog seems to like it and it’s sturdy enough (better be after all the fiddling I did). I have rage. Maybe once that dies down I’ll like the bed more.

Rattatious GrandmaSolid enough for me to use, but a bit too short. ;-)My dog is forever getting on to the guest bed as if it were hers. Being a 100 pound rottie/sharpei mix she drops a lot of black hair so we are not happy with her doing that on the guest bed. So in my hopes to give her, her very own elevated bed with a metal bed frame just like the guest bed I ordered this bed in XL.The bed arrived carefully packaged so there were no loose parts to get damaged and tool and hardware needed were included along with very clear instructions. I was able to assemble the bed in about 20 minutes. My girl is older so she needs extra padding but if she were younger she could have just slept on the mesh fabric that makes up the sleeping platform. I placed her memory foam pad onto the bed and it was nearly a perfect fit. A few inches longer and it would have been perfect, but she doesn’t mind the little gap on the ends of the bed. Once it was put together and her pad was on it, as well as a sheet, (she likes a sheet or blanket like a human bed) I just said, “Holly go to bed” and she hoped right on it and laid down. The three support straps below the ‘mattress’ help to support her weight and the super wide and strong Velcro on the ends and strong stitching around the mesh panel makes it strong enough to support her weight with no sagging. The metal frame is super strong and could easily hold me if I didn’t mind sleeping with my knees bent.As you can see in the picture, she is quite pleased with her new bed. My hope was to give her, her very own ‘guest bed’ to sleep in so she would stay off the real guest bed and it seems to have worked because she went straight to her new bed on her own this evening, no trying to get into the guest room tonight. I am about as thrilled with this bed as my girl Holly is. Wonderful product, really big, sturdy, well built and stitched. I just wish they made matching memory foam ‘mattresses’ to go with each size, I know I would buy one! Will be showing this off to my dog friends and recommending it with confidence too.

Kristi MartinGreat for Large PupsThis is a sturdy bed, with a mat that uses Velcro to attach at the ends. This is great for adjusting the tension. It should have taken five minutes to put together, but the top railing did not slip easily onto the frame, because it was slightly out of alignment. I corrected this by bending the metal. That was frustrating. Other than that, it seems well made!!

RenaissanceDadSturdy bed, good material, a bit fiddly to assemble, a tad overpriced for what it is…Overall, this is a very nice bed and I think our girl is going to love it. She doesn’t like sleeping on her bed when it is directly on the floor and she is sleeping on it when it is on top of this bed. We also use it without the dog bed as she seems to like stretching directly on the fabric as well.Assembly is fairly straight forward. There are only 8 screws and the Allen key is included. The long sides of the fabric are sewn in and the short sides have a heavy duty Velcro. So this is where the first little nit comes in. The fabric is washable and the listing promotes its washability, but you will need to disassemble the bottom long side rails to take it off as the fabric is sewn around the rail. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. It’s not as easy as just undoing Velcro on all sides. One of the fiddly parts of the assembly is that my unit wasn’t sitting on all four legs on the floor. The instructions address this. You need to tighten/loosen screws until the bed sits on all four legs. Again, not a big deal, but it took a little while to get it right.Lastly is the price. Although the bed is solid and I like it, I feel like it isn’t worth the asking price. If there’s a $20 off coupon, I would recommend snatching that. If the price doesn’t bother you, you will like the bed…and more importantly, your pup will probably like it as well.
